The East of England Labour Party Conference gave Peter the opportunity to meet with key Ministers  to discuss important issues affecting the lives and livelihoods of the people of South West Norfolk.

He made time to focus on inward EU investment with Richard Howitt, MEP, Labour's Foreign Affairs and Defence Spokesperson in the European Parliament, and met with Martin Kirk, Oxfam's Head of UK Campaigns, to discuss Climate Change and the imminent Copenhagen Summit.

Peter will be joining many others from the constituency in London on December 5th for the Wave. He thinks it extremely important that this event sends out the message that people in the UK demand urgent action by world governments to address Climate Change.

Prevarication is not an option.
